What cables should I use for the HDMI Extenders to reach the Maximum distance?

Q. Why the extender can not reach the max distance as the manual describ,

what cable recommend to use for the extenders?

For some poor quality cable, the signal will have serious loss after long distance transmission 

Usually We recommend to use high quality 24AWG  Cat5e/6 /7 Cable, Solid , follows the standard of IEEE-568B.
